Description

My aim in teaching weaving is to pass on the joy to my students that'll last a lifetime. Beginner students will be guided through the fundamentals of the craft step-by-step while weaving a sampler; advanced students will hone their skills through challenges they choose for themselves. I encourage everyone to experiment with different weave structures and try their hands at any textile pieces their homes need or whatever their heart's desire. I offer one-on-one assistance as needed from designs, calculating materials, considering color choices and more. I am not the only source of help, though: the weavers at Wesleyan Potters are a caring and generous community; we help and support each other session after session. Come join us! 

All weaving classes are held on our second-floor weaving studio which is only accessible by stairs.
