Description

Designed for teens ready to take the next step in ceramics, this class is structured much like our adult pottery program while providing a supportive environment for young makers. Students will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing and glazing stoneware pottery, with select handbuilding techniques introduced throughout the session to expand their creative possibilities.

Whether creating functional pottery or exploring artistic expression, students will build confidence and technical skills while working with clay. Bench time is included, giving participants additional studio time to practice and refine their work outside of class. Materials are purchased separately.
