Description

Celebrate the beauty of the tiny creatures that brighten our gardens by creating your own whimsical stained glass bug! Students will choose from four charming designs... a ladybug, beetle, caterpillar, or bumblebee... and transform colorful glass into a cheerful work of art while learning the fundamentals of stained glass construction and soldering.

Once complete, students may solder jump rings onto their finished bug to hang it in a sunny window with a suction cup, or attach it to a brass rod for a delightful accent in an indoor or outdoor potted plant. Whether catching the light in a window or peeking out from among the leaves, these playful creations are sure to bring a smile year-round.
