Description

A little powdered glass, a little heat... and a transformation that feels like magic! Discover enameling on metal as you sift powdered glass onto copper or silver, then fire it in a kiln to reveal rich, lasting color.

Explore techniques such as cloisonné, champlevé, and plique-à-jour, each offering new possibilities for color, pattern, and light. Advanced enameling techniques will help you add depth and detail to your work and create luminous, gem-like results. Bring your curiosity and see what happens when glass meets metal!

Materials are an additional cost.

Want a little more time to work? Optional bench time is available from 12:30–1:30 pm for $5 per session. Stay when you’d like, and pay only for the sessions you attend.
