REGISTRATION OPENS WEDNESDAY, MAY 5TH AT 7AM

Learn how to recycle your plastic bags into a usable woven basket! In the first day, students will be taught how to coil using plastic grocery bags. Students will be taught several types of stitches and ways of coiling. The second day, students will be taught how to start a basket and will continue coiling thier recycled baskets.

Students should bring in: plastic bags - White/Opaque or various colors. 15 - 20 bags/per basket, and 2 Tapestry Needles with blunt ends.

Due to precautions against Covid-19, some of our studio procedures have changed. We would like to provide a safe and clean environment to all of our staff, instructors, members, and students. Please take note of the following:

  • Wear a mask when in the building. 

  • Wash hands upon entering the building.

  • Please observe social distancing of 6 feet between your peers and instructor.

  • No eating in the studio. Coffee machine is off limits. Please eat outside if necessary.

 

An email providing more information regarding our cleaning procedures will be sent out before the start of class.
